Val, it’s Linda Stovall, Madeline and Susannah’s other grandmother. Shirley and i traveled together last weekend, and she told me about your adventure, including the kidney stone part. I am so interested in following your family, and I have loved reading your blog so far.
I, too, am a prolific producer of kidney stones. Mine are small and either pass or dissolve after causing me misery for short periods of time, usually. Sometimes the pain lasts for a day or more. Twice I have thought I was going to die! Even then no outside intervention was required. I cannot imagine your having to search for attention in a country where you have only been a week or so and where English is not the primary language. I am just horrified for you, but I know that doesn’t help.
I am looking forward to following you, Jason, Lilly, and Zane for the next 100 weeks! Thanks for sharing!
Linda
Thanks for following Linda!
I love reading your blog, Val! What an experience for you, Jason and the kids. I miss y’all!
